Vijay Foundation
Vijay Foundation owes its existence to the philanthropic instincts of the family behind the VWF Industries in Mysore. Inspired by the success of their corporate enterprise in bringing health & wealth to their employees, they conceived of a social enterprise to bring health & happiness to the public at large. Thus Vijay Foundation, a registered non-profit organization, was born in 1994 with the mission – “Bringing Light to Life and Life to Light.”
The core activities of the foundation are:
- To run total wellness programs for a variety of audiences.
- To provide comprehensive and continuing education to rural children.
- To support social, cultural, intellectual and spiritual causes all around.
- To publish wholesome literature for the benefit of society.
- To recognize and honor contributors to the welfare and progress of society.
- To network with like-minded organizations for the overall good of humanity.
